It's amazing, the quality is very clear and so is the audio. It's only started recording a little late when someone comes to the door like 3 times since I've had it for 4 months and people come and go to my house including package delivery about 20-25 times a day at least with no exaggeration. The only thing holding me back from 5 stars is that when someone rings the doorbell it takes like 45 seconds to connect to my phone before I can start talking to them and there is a pretty significant delay every time I've done that. It could be my internet though, so I don't want too much blame in that department. I have also opted to connect it to my existing doorbell, but no matter what I have tried, I have been unable to successfully get it to ring. Even in the app, it's just gray and I can't do it. Luckily my phone rings every time someone rings the doorbell, but as I said, it takes about 45 seconds to fully connect to interact with the doorbell ringer, which doesn't sound like a lot of time, but it is when you're sitting around waiting. for it to load. Luckily though, Arlo pairs super easily with my Alexa device, so whenever someone rings the doorbell and I'm not home, but others are home who don't have the Arlo app, Alexa announces on all devices that someone is ringing the bell and she makes a ringing sound. It's great
